Cotton Cover for Bokken/Jo - Hanpu - Shoulder strap in option
Hanpu is the most resistant model of the range, this cover is available with or without a shoulder strap. For a better hold, the strap is fixed with leather patchs sewed on the fabric.
Be careful, even if this model can hold a Jo AND a Bokken, it is not recommended.
Ideal for the transportation one of your Kata wooden weapons.

Cotton Cover for Bokken/Jo - Classic Blue
This cover is designed for transporting a unique Bokken or a single Jo. This is the classic model made in a navy color. With a side opening at the top, the upper part is made to be tilted and tied. You can also customize your cover, by writting your name on the insert provided for this purpose.
Ideal for a first acquisition.

Cotton Cover for Bokken/Jo - Heijoshin
With this cover, you will be able to carry one of your wooden weapons. Like a Bokken or a Jo.
Heijoshin model has a fabric slightly thicker than the classic model and the Shobu model, printed characters "平常心", pronounced "Heijoshin", meaning "tranquility/stability of the mind" in English. In Budo, it is the concept of having a peaceful spirit. That means, maintaining your composure and continue on with the appropriate action, even under a shocking event. Remaining imperturbable in any situations.

Bokken/Jo/Tanto Synthetic Leather Carry Bag ( 105 cm)
This synthetic leather carry bag is what is best for the transport of your wooden weapons. Particularly resistant to water, and having numerous reinforcements, this case is durable and protects your weapons perfectly. Specially designed for Judo weapons, this bag can hold up to 6 weapons (Jo and/or Bokken) simultaneously. With a pocket for Tsuba (guard), large and solid handle reinforced with metal and shoulder strap for great comfort during transport. And, the zipped opening facilitates the introduction of weapons.

Classic Jo - Judo no Kata
Unlike the 128 cm, long Jo used in Aikido or Jodo, the Jo in Judo is shorter and measures only 100 cm. It is, therefore, necessary for the practice of the Jo Kata to possess an adapted Jo. The usual diameter allowed in competition is around 8 bu (24 mm ~ 25 mm). If you prefer a thicker model, you can contact us for a customized version.
Resolutely classic in its shape, this model is the official model for the Kata competition and can be used for the Goshin jutsu.
Varnished or unvarnished finish?
All our high-end weapons are available in varnished or unvarnished finish. The urethane coating protects the wood against moisture and temperature fluctuations and thus makes it more durable, hence no special maintenance is needed. The unvarnished finish corresponds to a camellia oil polish to obtain a wood that is more natural and pleasant to the touch but requires regular maintenance. Unvarnished weapons are more expensive because only the best timber is good enough to be kept raw.Classic Jo technical specifications
